All you need to do then is to send us the following details.

Your Name

Your Address

Your Contact Telephone Number

Your Contact Lens Specifications

How Many Pairs You Require

Your Optician's Name and Telephone Number.

Please send all of this information to cl.orders@norville-opticians.co.uk. Incomplete information may result in a delay in your order.

We will then contact your Optician to verify your prescription to ensure that your lenses are correct.

After verification we will phone you to take credit or debit card payment over the phone and your order will be placed and delivered to your door, if you prefer you can request the lenses to be delivered to any of our practices for you to collect. Depending on make and manufacturer delivery is typically within 3 working days.

We will send you an email confirming your order
